EESM\u00c4RK:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Sel ramadaanil kasutan 100% oma potensiaali. Seega olen otsustanud:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olla v\u00f5imalikult jumalakartlik ning parandada end igal v\u00f5imalikul viisil.<\/li><li>Kasvatada iseloomu ja enesedistsipliini.<\/li><li>Lugeda ning \u00f5ppida v\u00f5imalikult palju oma usu kohta.<\/li><li>V\u00f5imalikult palju palvetada.<\/li><li>M\u00f5elda ka surmast, kuna me keegi ei tea, millal on meie kord lahkuda. See ramadaan v\u00f5ib olla mu viimane \u2026<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>2. KORAAN:<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Oma Koraani teadmiste parandamiseks olen otsustanud:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lugeda v\u00f5imalikult palju Koraani.\u00a0\u00a0&#8211; Kui soovin Koraani ramadaanikuu jooksul l\u00e4bi lugeda, loen 30 p\u00e4eva jaotuse j\u00e4rgi<sup>[1]<\/sup>. DUAA:<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Et olla Jumalale l\u00e4hemal, olen otsustanud:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00d5ppida igap\u00e4evaseid duaasid (mida \u00f6elda, kui \u00e4rkad, kui l\u00e4hed v\u00e4lja, kui tuled koju jne)<sup>[4]<\/sup>.<\/li><li>\u00d6elda duaasid peale palvetamist.<\/li><li>\u00d6elda duaa paastu katkestamisel.<\/li><li>\u00d5ppida duaasid Koraanist ja sunnast (n\u00e4iteks kogumikust \u201eFortress Of the Muslim\u201c<sup>[5]<\/sup>).<\/li><li>Teha duaasid nii oma l\u00e4hedaste (moslemite eest, et Jumal neid aitaks ja hoiaks ning mitte-moslemite eest, et Jumal neid juhiks) kui ka abi vajavate \u00f5dede-vendade eest \u00fcle maailma.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>5. TERVIS:<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Oma tervise eest hoolitsemiseks olen otsustanud:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Loobuda halbadest harjumustest (nagu r\u00e4mpstoidu s\u00f6\u00f6mine, Coca-Cola ja muude ebatervislike jookide joomine, suitsetamine, moslemile mittesobivates kohtades k\u00e4imine jne).<\/li><li>Hoida kontrolli all oma magamisharjumused.<\/li><li>Hoiduda liigs\u00f6\u00f6misest.<\/li><li>Eelistada puu- ja juurvilju rasvasele ja magusale.<\/li><li>V\u00f5imelda ning hoolitseda muul viisil oma f\u00fc\u00fcsise eest.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>6. TEADMISED:<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Oma teadmiste suurendamiseks olen otsustanud:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lugeda islamialast kirjandust<sup>[6]<\/sup>.<\/li><li>K\u00e4ia islamiloengutes.<\/li><li>Alustada islami v\u00f5i Koraani \u00f5ppimise grupis k\u00e4imist.<\/li><li>Lugeda islami \u00f5petlaste artikleid Internetis<sup>[7]<\/sup>.<\/li><li>Kuulata tuntud \u00f5petlaste loenguid islamist<sup>[8]<\/sup>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>7.
