{"id":1532,"date":"2022-10-27T09:08:56","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T09:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uus.islam.pri.ee\/?p=1532"},"modified":"2022-10-27T09:08:56","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T09:08:56","slug":"edastajate-arv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uus.islam.pri.ee\/?p=1532","title":{"rendered":"Edastajate arv"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vastavalt sellele, kui paljud erinevad edastajad samal tasandil on sama\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>i edasi andnud, jagatakse\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>id kahte kategooriasse:<sup>[1]<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.&nbsp;<em>MUTAWAATIR<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>mutawaatir<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 ar k \u2013 j\u00e4rgnev<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mutawaatir<\/em>\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>\u00a0on selline, mida on igal edastajateketi tasandil jutustanud ja seega j\u00e4rgmisele p\u00f5lvkonnale edastanud nii palju edastajaid, et ei ole m\u00f5eldav, et nad oleksid k\u00f5ik m\u00f5ne vale edastamises kokku leppinud ja seega v\u00f5etakse sellist\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>i kindla t\u00f5ena.\u00a0<em>Mutawaatir<\/em>iks vajalik edastajatearv ei ole kindlaks m\u00e4\u00e4ratud.<sup>[2]<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mutawaatir hadith<\/em>id jagunevad omakorda j\u00e4rgnevalt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>1)&nbsp;<em>mutawaatir<\/em>&nbsp;s\u00f5nastuses&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013&nbsp;<em>hadith<\/em>, mille paljud jutustajad on edasi andnud t\u00e4pselt samas s\u00f5nastuses, ilma oluliste lahkhelideta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><strong>2)&nbsp;<em>mutawaatir<\/em>&nbsp;t\u00e4henduses<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<em>hadith<\/em>, mille paljud jutustajad on edasiandnud k\u00fcll erinevas s\u00f5nastuses, m\u00f5nikord isegi erinevates olukordades, kuid mille m\u00f5te v\u00f5i t\u00e4hendus on sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.&nbsp;<em>AHAAD<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>a<\/em><em>\u1e25<\/em><em>aad<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 ar k \u2013 \u00fcksik<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ahaad hadith<\/em>i puhul on tegemist iga\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>iga, mida ei ole\u00a0<em>mutawaatir<\/em>iks klassifitseeritud. Lingvistiliselt t\u00e4hendab\u00a0<em>ahaad hadith<\/em>\u00a0k\u00fcll sellist\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>i, mille edastajateketis on igal tasemel vaid \u00fcks edastaja.<sup>[3]<\/sup>\u00a0<em>Ahaad hadith<\/em>id jaotatakse aga edastajate arvu j\u00e4rgi kolme erinevasse kategooriasse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>1)&nbsp;<em>ma\u0161huur<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<em>hadith<\/em>, mille on igal edastajatetasandil edasi andnud kolm v\u00f5i enam edastajat, kuid mis siiski ei kuulu&nbsp;<em>mutawaatir<\/em>i alla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><strong>2)&nbsp;<em>\u201baziiz<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<em>hadith<\/em>, mille on igal edastajatetasandil edasi andnud kaks edastajat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>3)\u00a0<em>ghariib<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>, mille on igal edastajatetasandil edasi andnud vaid \u00fcks edastaja. At-Tirmidhi (nagu ka mitmete teiste traditsionalistide) s\u00f5nul v\u00f5ib\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>i\u00a0<em>ghariib<\/em>iks klassifitseerida kolmel juhul: 1. kui see on edastatud vaid \u00fcht edastusketti pidi; 2. kui on ka teisi edastajatekette samale\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>ile, kuid selles \u00fches on mingi detail juures, mis teistes puudub; 3. kui\u00a0<em>hadith<\/em>\u00a0on edastatud l\u00e4bi mitmete edastajatekettide, aga \u00fches neist kettidest on lisand.<sup>[4]<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d5petlased on&nbsp;<em>mutawaatir<\/em>&nbsp;<em>hadith<\/em>ide koha pealt \u00fchel n\u00f5ul \u2013 nendest on v\u00f5imalik deriveerida seadusi.
